Return and Exchange Policy
 

Thank you for choosing Kesh Extensions. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.

*The exchange or return of the product will not be accepted in case the product MRP tag is removed.

*Items purchased during the sale are eligible for exchange but not for returns.

*Our refund and exchange policy allows for a one-time return or exchange per product.

*The refund will be processed within 6-7 days after Kesh Extensions receive the product and completes the quality check.*

Here are some FAQs that will help you with our return policy:

1. What is the return/ exchange period?

As long as the Kesh Extensions are in the same condition as they were shipped out, we accept returns/exchanges for all standard products within 7 days of your receiving the package. We don't accept return & exchange on hair accessories & hair tools.

We strictly do not accept any requests for returns or exchanges on customized products.
However, In special conditions, we might offer an exchange.

2. How do I know if my package is qualified for a return/exchange?

We accept returns or exchange requests that are made within 7 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met:

1) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
2) It should not be a customized product.
3) If your product is eligible for return/exchange Kesh Extensions will be arranging a reverse pick up and process it at the earliest.

3. How do I process my return/exchange?

4. Do I pay for the shipping of my returns/exchange?

No, Kesh Extensions will arrange for a reverse pick at no additional charge.

5. When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the package, the product(s) with undergo a quality check, if the returned products pass the quality check we will process the refund.

The refund will be processed in the original method of payment.

For COD customers our team will connect with you to process the refund, and the refund will be transferred through a suitable online payment gateway.

Most banks usually take 3-5 business days to process the return, however, it could take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Sale Orders / Discounted Products
Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions or in-studio trials
Products that have been coloured, chemically treated, or damaged due to styling post-purchase

 


Important Instructions
Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products (washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or brushed for curly or wavy hair) will not be accepted.
Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
INR 180 will be deducted for all returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping and packaging purposes
